Why have I received an invitation to apply to operate under this license
arrangement?
Permission
to operate under this license is by invitation only and is meant for
pre-screened and pre-selected companies that are considered to be suitable
partners.
2.
How complex is the Application Process?
By
targeting pre-screen potential partners, we have been able to simplify and
streamline the process as much as possible. If you have any questions or are
only able to partially complete your application, please Submit your progress
to date (including email address) . This will allocate
your unique reference number and enable a case worker to provide support.
3.
How long does it take?
Our
team are incentivised to complete applications within 10 working days

What are POGO service providers and do you have them?
Yes
– we (NWI) hold extensive service provider resources. These resources are what
enable us to both support the extension of the POGO licence and keep the cost
as competitive as possible. POGO service providers are corporations which are
registered in the Philippines that provide support to the operations of
licensed operators in various areas of operations including customer relations,
strategic support, IT support and gaming/software platform providers and lice
studio and streaming providers. They are currently classified under Business Process
Outsourcing (BPO).
